will google still crawl my site even though it cant see my content?

I have since worked out that yoast does not recognise some content in other themes, widgets etc. In my case, it is my home page content, which it will not recognise due to all my content being in my Illdy theme.
So my next question, is how does this then effect my site from being crawled by google? I have seen that on some forums people have said that google can still crawl the site, but will it still be effective? Especially as I am designing a website for a big company, so how will this effect it?
