will google display wp title or yoast seo title in SERP

I have an ecommerce site with woocommerce installed. I also have WP Yoast SEO plug in installed and I need to know if I go into the Bulk Title Editor of Yoast SEO and type in new yoast SEO titles, is that the title that will eventually display when my site comes up on a search results page? I need to know will google display the new Yoast SEO titles that i’m going to create or will it continue to display the WP title. I am thinking I want to do this because the WP Page Titles that I have typed for the titles of the products pages are not very descriptive and short but are pleasing to the eye for within the site. This is hard to explain, any help would be appreciated.
