 * First thing, as old it is it still works on my installation of WP. You’re lucky.
 * That said, it has come to my attention that your wiki plugin does a better job
   of handling books than [MyBook ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/mybook/)does, 
   and it looks to me like the writer of that plugin has no intention of supporting
   it anymore.
 * Have you given any thought to forking Wiki into a plugin allowing one to “publish”
   a book on-line

 * I’m good.
 * I will be using the plugin to publish a book, for the simple reason that I can.
   Just wanted to let you know that sometimes an app made for one purpose can be
   adapted to another.
