We just completed it trained them on it yesterday and everything was fine. Now, this morning when I go take a look at it the left sidebar with the search, product categories and tags is underneath the detail view product list. How did this happen??? Nobody has been messing with the code it should be the same as it was yesterday. It seems no amount of css manipulation takes care of this problem. I am increasingly upset that I purchased the premium. I cannot have sudden “mishaps” on client websites when everything was functioning perfectly. It was working perfectly, I had everything updated to the clients liking and then all of a sudden the styling is gone, the sidebar doesn’t function (In fact if you click on a category it disappears and nothing shows up). Why is this happening? And why aren’t users notified when something is going to completely mess up their customization. I have the “view” fixed now but I completely have to remove the sidebar because my client is upset it no longer works. I would really love an explanation. The code doesn’t alter itself every now and then to throw people off. I really had NO explanation as to what was going on UNTIL I checked access logs. I had terminated a designer about a month ago because she was not representing the type of quality I expected or expertise. Well, I missed changing her ftp password and she messed with several websites in “little” ways. I have to apologize to you for trashing your product which after the CSS was replaced with a copy of the original is working perfectly! So please accept my apology and I will once again state that this is a GREAT product! LESSON LEARNED! * On another note: When are you planning to implement pagination. I need this in a bad way for this project. You could try editing the shortcode.php file, but it will quite a complicated change to make.
