# Width Display Issues

 * A couple weeks ago i contacted support with a width issue we were having with
   our popups. They were extending far past the end of the input fields. We were
   instructed to reduce the maximum width in the “Display > Size” section of the
   popup’s admin page.
 * After doing so, the popups looked somewhat better on desktop. But you can see
   on desktop, the right end of the field is being cut off still even though there
   is plenty of gap before the popup edge.
 * After checking on mobile, the popup is EXTREMELY narrow and the fields are stacking
   and cutoff terribly. Is there a fix to maybe stack the fields vertically on mobile
   and a way to prevent the edges of inputs from being cutoff?
 * It seems as though none of this is responsive. Any help/guidance to get this
   resolved immediately would be MUCH appreciated as we are starting to capture
   data.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fwidth-display-issues%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Dear [@robthomas](https://wordpress.org/support/users/robthomas/) ,
 * Thanks for the message!
    We have checked the website and couldn’t find any popup
   over there. Is it possible that you have disabled it? In case you have reduced
   the Maximum Width and still face the same issue, please, try the following options:
 * Example of the responsive popup:
    Width: 80% Height: 90% Max width: 640px Max
   height: 480px
 * Please, let us know if that helped.

 * Sorry, i forgot to mention that you have to click on the orange “TALK TO A SPECIALIST”
   button to activate the popup.

 * I am trying to play with the size settings, but when the browser is narrower,
   the inputs aren’t spacing and they start to stack on each other as well as the
   right edges are cutting off.

 * I have been trying to play around with the size settings in “Popup Settings >
   Display > Size”. There is only Size of popup (60%), Min-Width (50%), and Max-
   Width (50%).
 * When on DESKTOP, the popup opens nicely. If you reduce the browser width at all,
   the right edge of the input cuts off and if you keep narrowing it, the inputs
   start to cover each other as well.
 * On MOBILE, the popup is centered and only 50% of the screen and the inputs are
   maybe 2 letters wide and stacking again. Some are even lower/higher than others.
   So this is not behaving responsively at all!

 * Hmm, ok i definitely do not have that screen you are showing.
 * We have **Version 1.13.1** installed
 * Under the visual/text editor there is a box “**Popup Settings**“. Within that
   on the left, i have:
 * – **Triggers**
    – **Targeting** – **Display** > Display Presets > Appearance
   > Size > Animation > Sounds > Position > Advance – **Close** – **Advance**
 * Nowhere under any of those is there a “**Dimensions**” box.
 * Under “**Size**” i have these options:
    – **Size** (I have the dropdown set to“
   Normal – 70%”) – **Min Width** (I have it set to 0%) – **Max Width** (I have
   set to 0%)
 * I have screenshots i can share if needed.
