Hi, I used that plugin at another website with the same theme, no problems. Now I tried to use it at the mentioned website with the same shortcode like at the other website) and the map is shown vertical and the source code in frontend shows “iframe max-width: 100%_epi_” I could not find anything about that in the internet. So why does that error appear?

    Thanks

Hi growup84, something is intercepting the widget and manipulating the iframe embed code before it is rendered. This wouldn’t be anything to do with the Ventus plugin itself, so I’m really not sure. I can only confirm that the code max-width: 100%_epi_ is not part of Ventus.

I think the same but I do not know where it comes from. Like I said, the same theme and nearly all the same plugins are installed….. I also never saw something like 100%_epi_, I even do not know what that means.

I’d recommend disabling all plugins and seeing if the error still occurs. If it does, try switching themes. Often problems like this can only be solved via a process of elimination. Let me know how you get on.
