widgets plugin in header

Hello
I install the plugin
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/social-media-widget/
It is like a widget in sidebar.
I would like to install it in header and support told me that I need to put short code in a php.
Whats the short code for this plugin?
Can somebody help me?
