Widgets not showing up on subpages

First off, this is my first time making a website so be nice please. My problem is widgets won’t show up on the subpages. Ultimately I want to be able to add specific widgets to specific pages and I think I understand how to do that using Widget Logic but currently widgets do not show up at all on my subpages/child pages. I try to add a widget (any widget) and it only appears on the parent pages. Any suggestions as to what’s wrong? Thanks!!
