Widgets not showing up

Whenever I add a widget I can see it when I preview the page as long as I’m logged into the admin panel on the same browser. But if I go and refresh the page on another browswer the widget does not show up. I have only installed a couple plugins so I disabled and deleted them to see if that was the problem and it wasn’t.

This was even happening with “standard” widgets like Calendar!

Now get this….I noticed if I add a post and then refresh the page in other browsers the widgets all of a sudden show up. What the hell? Does anyone have any ideas on this?
