Widgets not moving in clean 3.7.1 install

I did a clean install of WP 3.7.1, twentyeleven as theme and no plugins at all.

Most obvious one is i can not move anything in the widgets page, also can not pull down the screen options menu neither the help menu.
The page is basically dead.

Maybe related maybe not, the flyout menu in the admin page is not working. Once clicked i see the sub menu, but not when hovering over the item.

Maybe related maybe not, the customize tab of the themes only shows the menu nothing else.

I have read a lot about the widgets issue, it all came down to it’s the themes fault, again, i have a clean install of 3.7.1 and still have this issue.

I tried FF,IE and Chrome, no difference.
Any idea’s ? Let me know what i can try to solve this.
