Support » Theme: Nisarg » Widgets have moved to under post

  • I went to change themes as I was looking for more features. When I went to change back all my widgets have gone below all the posts instead of staying in the sidebar.

    I also have a smaller question which is, how can I remove the tagline in the footer or replace it to my own?

    I feel like this theme has so many possibilities but it needs to be open to more.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • E.g. full width pages.

    Hi, I have the same. It happened when I started using the live preview to manage them. Anyone?

    In Live Preview your widgets have to move to accommodate the size of the preview window. It should go back to normal view when you are not in Live Preview. Clear your cache if it doesn’t.

    Use a child theme and create a footer.php and edit it in the Editor

    You can put any info you want where I have “Whatever you want it to say!” You can replace who your are or if you want to acknowledge you are the webmaster where I have “Email or whatever your info” .

    </div><!– #content –>
    <footer id=”colophon” class=”site-footer” role=”contentinfo”>
    <div class=”wrap” style=”width: 90%; margin: 0px auto;”>

    Whatever you want it to say! | © 2018 your info here <?php echo date(“Y”) ?> “><?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?>. | All rights reserved. | Email or whatever Your Info
    </div><!– .wrap –>
    </footer><!– #colophon –>
    </div><!– .site-info –>
    </footer><!– #colophon –>
    </div><!– #page –>
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>

    It was solved. In my case, it was a post with too much closing div-tags… Thanks for looking at it though.
