Widgets gone screwey

Ever since I upgraded to 2.8.6, my widgets CP in the admin section has been screwed up. I’ve disabled all plug-in, but it still didn’t work. Instead of trying to describe what it’s doing, here’s a pic. Any ideas how to fix this? I’ve all ready re-installed 2.8.6 twice.
