 * I was able to log in fine this morning. I went to delete one widget, the site
   seemed to time out and then I got:
 * _ “Error establishing a database connection”_
 * * Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    * Are you sure that
   you have typed the correct hostname? * Are you sure that the database server
   is running?
 * The site continued to time out so I just closed out of everything, waited about
   15 minutes and when I logged back in, all of my widgets are gone. There are widgets
   showing in WP that are not showing on the site and widegets on the site that
   are not showing in WP.
 * I checked my error log in BlueHost and this is what I got:
 * _MAIN error\_log:_
 * [Tue Sep 28 08:39:26 2010] [error] [client 88.131.106.4] PHP Warning: PHP Startup:

 * This has never happened before and I am totally lost!

 * `WordPress database error Table 'wp_options' is marked as crashed and should
   be repaired`
    this will be the problem
 * use bluehost’s phpmyadmin to repair `wp_options` table
 * log in to phpmyadmin
    select database check mark `wp_options` select “repair”
   from drop down at bottom of page

 * I cleared everything and restarted and still no widgets in my sidebars. Just
   Blogroll and Admin in the top right (both of which were not showing before this
   happened)
