I also noticed that on the page “notre activité”, it seems like I can not control the image sizes anymore. I used a template for that. I tried to resize the images on Windows but nothing works.

I can now view your page. Can you please deactivate your multilingual plugin (Polylang) and then Save your permalink from here: Settings > Permalinks > Click “Save Changes”

I deactivated the plugin and saved changes. But should I also fill in the blanks with mentioning “products” as on your screenshot?
In my permalinks, “numerical settings” are pre-ticked and advise below : /archives/%post_id%
I filled in “product category base” and “product tag base” with the same words as you (products) but nothing happen.
Do you think it can come from the theme?
Do you think I should desinstall totally the Essential Addons plugin and reinstall the old version (that was previously working) ?

We always recommend to use Latest version. And latest version has no issue that you mentioned. You can also switch to other theme and check again.
Anyway right now I can’t see your page. Can you please check?

No indeed there is a big problem, i can not have access to the website anymore.
I still have access to the wordpress board but when I try to go on the website, the page is white with black codes…

Yes, I saw the same thing(black codes) last time when I visited your page. So I mentioned that I couldn’t see your page.
But now again I can see your page is running but in Maintenance mode.
