[resolved] Widgets Area No Longer Interactive on my site (6 posts)

So I have this site below, and just upgraded it to wordpress 3.3 last night. Now, for whatever reason, the widgets are no longer interactive on the site where you're usually able to just drag "calendar" "text" etc to the sidebar and put whatever you want there... Not really sure what the story with it is, but it says "drag the items below to the sidebar"Drag widgets from here to a sidebar on the right to activate them. Drag widgets back here to deactivate them and delete their settings." However the sidebar area is not visible as it usually is...

Anyone know what's up with that or how I can fix it? I need the sidebar widgets to start putting ads on my site.

In addition, I just tried downgrading to an older version of wordpress (I think it was using wp 3.2) and it's STILL having the widgets issue. On all themes.

    lil help?

Edit - thanks for the reply but I didn't quite see an issue similar to mine that was posted in there.

Fixed this *based on a tip you gave for a similar issue using an older distribution* to just deactivate plugins as they're not compatible.

  5. Which plugin was it? I'm trying to keep a list (as you can see) ;)

It was "Contact form and button by ContactMe.com" - it's a POS plugin anyways though.

Thanks for making the list and troubleshooting.
