Widgets are now showing up in Widgets Configuration page

I’m no longer able to configure widgets from the Dashboard->Appearance->Widgets page. I used to see several different widgets to choose from, but the list is now blank (see screenshot http://dl.dropbox.com/u/73017/Screenshots/widgetIssue.png).

I’ve tried de-activating all of my plugins and have also tried in Chrome and Firefox. I’ve also tried multiple themes, and I have the same result. This happened after somebody from my webhost adjusted some settings (they are claiming they didn’t) that involved a site redirection.

Any help would be great. Thanks!
