I thought this would be the plugin, but maybe not.

I have 4 areas for footer, those widget “areas” are at the bottom of the screen. Then I have 1 category “area” called info. This info area I can add endless widgets and it is simply a sidebar. In my post or pages options I can choose to have a right or left sidebar, and then select *info to be used on those sidebars.

Thing is I’d like to duplicate this “info” widget area so that I could have a info-2, etc.. to select for different posts, with different widgets. (so that not all posts have the same widgets on those sidebars)

Did that make any sense, and does this plugin do this? DO any?

This plugin does not do that. However, there are other plugins which allow you to selectively show/hide a widget based on which page is currently being displayed. One such example is the Widget Visibility module that is part of Jetpack.
