Widget with top galleries and share option

I’m using gallery on homepage and widget inside posts sidebar. I need to create another type of view with widget where I need to post top of the galleries. I wish to specify top gallery list in admin section manually. Also I need there facebook, tweeter and pinterest buttons for share below galleries list.
