Widget Visibility Custom Taxonomy Problem (7 posts)

    Hello,

When I select "Taxonomy" from the widget visibility dropdown I only ever see the option "All Taxonomy Pages"

I'd expect to see "All Post Pages", "All Page Pages", "All {taxonomy} Pages" etc...

    Is this correct?

I see a list of post types if i select "Page" but this doesn't cover post-type archives.

    Hi!

What do you mean exactly by Post-type? Posts vs Pages vs CPT? Or did you mean, Post formats?

    Hi Richard,

Yes, I mean Post Type - not format.

So Posts vs Pages vs CPT_1 vs CPT_2 etc... would be more like it.

    Hi,

I do see those options though, if I select "Page"; I get a selection of Archive Pages, Post Page, CPTs, etc. Do you not see those if you select "Page"?

    Hi Richard,

Sorry it's been a while since I posted this issue. If i select my custom post type (project) it doesn't show up on archive pages for that post type, only on the single page, so it seems there is no way to choose custom post type archive pages.

Would you mind opening a Github issue for this?
