# Widget visibility

 * Hello,
 * i love the widget visibility function.
    However, i am missing one thing ..
 * I want to show a widget in my sidebar on specific Custom post type ARCHIVE.
 * It is possible to select one of my custom post types in the visibility plugin.
   
   However, the widget then only shows on a single custom post type page, not on
   the archive.
 * Another way is to select ‘archive’ in your plugin. However, then it’s showing
   on all archive pages for all my different custom post types..
 * I hope you can help me out!

 * [https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/80](https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/80)
 * There is an open Pull Request for this issue. Once the code is reviewed, if it’s
   good, it will be merged in to Jetpack and included in a future release. I sugest
   subscribing to that issue so you can be informed when it is updated. Thanks for
   the suggestion!
