What is the relation of the last edited language to the display of the widget in that language?
If you specify to show the widget only in a particular language, it will be displayed in that language. If you do not specify any language, it will be displayed in all languages.
at the moment i didn’t specify by checkbox and now its working well but when i check dutch for dutchpage en german for german page its only showing the latest modifyd and the onther does not show the widgets.
so now is working the other way around dont select and its showing in both language on the right page. its not the way it should be but its working now.
Probably we do not understand each other. Can you show the problem in the screenshots?

You doing it wrong.
Checboxes use only for disable widget on different languages. For translate widget content use only language switcher.
