I use this widget on my right side column. Normally, in posts and pages, I insert an image in the top right corner. This image then shows up as a thumbnail for these top posts and pages at any time

However, I have a problem with “Blog” – If I write a blog post with an images as mentioned, it shows up correctly as a thumbnail, but if visitors click DIRECTLY on the blog link, there will be no image, only the white/grey “person” image, which is a standard image

How do I insert an image representing my blog? My site is http://entrepreneur-sme.asia

Thanks in advance for eventual help

WordPress includes an option named “Featured Image”, that allows you to define a specific image as the Featured image for a post or page.

    I hope this helps.

    Jeremy.

Thank you for the answer to our problem
We know about featured image, but it did not solve our problem
However, we did find a solution
We simply made a new post where we uploaded our image, but not under “blog posts”
We have our special primary menu where the blog is mentioned
We then have to go to “pages” in the backend of WordPress
    Then the blog “page”
And then insert the image under blog
    Then it works

    Thanks anyway for the input
