    Hi,
We have the Widget Subtitles plugin activated on one of our client’s websites.
Our developing team has run a troubleshoot on the Widget Subtitles plugin and Elementor is causing the issue in the subtitles not displaying.
I’ve contacted Elementor support they are unable to fix the issue their end.
Is there anything you can do to fix this?
    Thanks

    Hi @nivo2019

I could take a look of course!
I’m not an Elementor user myself so could you provide me with steps to reproduce this behavior. I assume this happens with the free version of Elementor as well?

    Cheers, Jory

    Hi Jory,
    Thanks for looking into this.
We are using the Pro version of Elementor on our clients website.
A subtitle has been entered in the below article but is not appearing front end.

    Hello @nivo2019

When looking at the widget site I see a class prefixed with jeg. Does this mean anything to you?
I seems like this plugin might not be compatible with that particular widget.
Did you test with a plain text widget as well?

    Cheers, Jory
