Widget Sidebar is not working

I’m working with the Premium Press Classified Theme and cannot figure out how to turn on the widget sidebar visibility. I have tried turning off all widgets, turning off just the Google Library and turning on the accessibility, but with no luck. I have noticed this appears to be a common problem, but so far, have not seen a solution. Can anyone help? I’m running the most recent WordPress version and Classified theme. Thanks.
