• Hi! I just started using this plugin to display my blog categories & subcategories neatly, & I really like the look of it! But I’m having trouble getting some of the settings to work.

I have both ‘show count’ & ‘show empty cats’ unchecked, but on my blog page, the number of posts in each category is showing, & the ‘uncategorized’ category, which ias nothing in it, is showing as well.

Any idea how to get that to stop happening?

    Thank you!

I tried in my plugin demo help site, it is working as expected, i have attached 2 screenshots for your reference. Please clear all your cache and try again.

argh, that means it’s probably a plugin conflict. I’ll poke at that & see what I can find. thanks!

I cleared my cache, changed my theme, & turned off all my plugins except yours, & it’s still showing the numbers.

For reference, the two themes I tried are Astra & Storefront. I updated everything & kept clearing the cache just to make sure that wasn’t being an issue. I’m still running PHP 7.4, which might be the issue?

But other than that, I’m stumped.

Please try in cognito mode in browser by activating only this plugin with count switched off in admin settings. I have seen your site is using wpo cache. I am using if ( ! empty( $args[‘show_count’] ) ) { , it will not allow to display the count if $args[‘show_count’] is zero
