I’m using the Porto theme. I’ve added a “Products” filter set with one filter for the price using “Custom Field Numeric” and “_price”.

I inserted the Filter Everything filter widget on my wordpress shop sidebar widget, but on the frontend the widget says: “No one Filter Set is configured for this post type pages. You can create a new Filter Set for them.”

But I’ve chosen the post type as “products” which is correct according to your price demo: https://demo.filtereverything.pro/example/by-price/

I don’t mind paying for support for the free version if this is possible?

    Hi @justingoldstein

Can you please send the link to the age so we can check it?

Also, try to check archive pages like categories and display the filter set there, perhaps you are using a custom shop page.

I switched to the “storefront” template from woocommerce and it still did the same thing. I then disabled all my plugins except “woocommerce” and “filter everything”, then the filter worked.
So I enabled the theme, filter store works.
I enabled the plugins one by one, and after enabling them all the filter still works.

So its working now, but I don’t know why it didn’t work in the first place or which plugin caused the issue.

    Hi @justingoldstein

Perhaps there was some caching plugin, and after turning it on and off it rebuilt the cache.

    Best Regards – Victor
