Widget problem and create new site problem

When I try to add/edit or do anything to my widgets, the changes aren’t saved and if I refresh the page, the changes are gone.

The other problem has to do with creating new blogs. I created a new blog on a subdomain and it’s listed in the “Sites” tab of the dashboard but for some reason I cannot access/manage/delete/ or deactivate the blog. I tried to make a new blog with the same name but wordpress says that the blog already exists.

Both of these functions used to work
