 * Hi there,
 * Thanks for reaching out, and glad to hear the connection is working!
 * **About the “upstream request timeout” message**
   This means the request from
   your site to Spotify took too long to get a response. It’s usually temporary
   and not caused by your setup. A few things to try:
    1. Wait a few minutes, then paste the link again. Spotify’s servers sometimes slow
       down briefly.
    2. Make sure you’re using the full share link, e.g. [https://open.spotify.com/track/XXXXXXXX](https://open.spotify.com/track/XXXXXXXX).
       If it ends with something like ?si=abc123, try removing that part.
    3. Try a different song to see if the problem is limited to one track.
    4. Clear your caches: in Elementor go to Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data, and clear
       any caching plugin or hosting cache.
    5. If you use a security or firewall plugin (e.g. Wordfence) or your host limits
       outgoing connections, make sure requests to api.spotify.com aren’t being blocked.
 * If it still happens after that, please reply with:
    - WordPress, Elementor and Liza version numbers
    - PHP version and hosting provider
    - The exact Spotify link you’re pasting
 * and we’ll look into it right away.
 * **About the confirmation email**
   No need to wait for one. The confirmation email
   is only sent when you purchase Liza Pro. With the free version, there’s nothing
   to confirm: once the plugin is installed and connected, you’re all set.
 * Best regards,
   Ruthless WP Support
