thanks for getting back to me and for the screenshot! It looks as though something is blocking our service, so a couple of questions:
1. do you have any extensions or plugins installed that could block our service (Ghostery is the first that comes to mind)
2. has this started after the update, all of a sudden or have you installed any new plugins, software,…
One more question: which browser do you use and if you switch to another browser, does it load there?

No other plugins that I know of that would block it. Here is a list of what I have running currently (nothing has changed and it had always worked):

It was working a bit after upgrading to 4.0 then it just stopped a few days ago.
I use FireFox Aurora, I tried it in Chrome and it works there.. Guess I’ll diagnose some on Firefox.. Will let you know if I find anything and use Chrome for now.
Hmmm…strange. I will still try to test these plugins on our side just to be sure.
Just a quick thought/idea though – one user had problems with the widget until he updated Java and then it worked.
Do let me know if you figure something out and I will keep you updated also!

Found it… I installed DoNotTrackMe on Firefox and it stopped Zemanta.
Question, what does Zemanta need to track for it to not be able to work if it’s not tracking?
