Widget not displaying in sidebar

I am using the vantage theme for wordpress and have two widgets on the sidebar. A circle icon and the mailchimp sign up form. There horizontal with icon on top and sign up form on bottom. They display perfectly when Im logged into wordpress. However, when I visit my site when im logged out the icon on top is the only one that displays. Any recommendations?
