Widget not anchoring external rss properly

I have “widget” code for my sidebar that shows up, but the rss links go to the bottom of my page instead of staying “anchored” in the frame of the widget.

The problem widget is the onmylist box located halfway down my sidebar

The webmaster told me to paste the code into a text widget.
The frame shows up properly, but the links are appearing at the bottom of the page.
I also tried hardcoding the widget into the sidebar… same problem.

It seems that the rss info needs a “solid bottom” before it will stop. It just ignores my other widgets and goes to the bottom.

Any help would be appreciated.
