Widget Logic brakes Text widget

Hi!
I try to use the plugin with Text Widget (default), but it do not work correctly.
First, in the Text Widget do not shows field of Widget Logic.
Second, Text Widget do not saves content.

I try that widget (alternative text widget): https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/
With the plugin all fields and buttons of that widget disappears.

But plugin is installed.
