widget locked into sidebar but non seem to be active into dashboard

    in my homepage http://www.comefaccioper.it in the sidebar are shown some widget.
    i cannot remove them because they don’t seem to be active into the dashboard.it show active widget= 0 …
    it’s driving me crazy,it was all working until some hours ago
    all good advices are welcome!
