WIDGET ISN'T WORKN

The widget I use Feedweb and it doesn’t work on every article I post.It says Widget usage exceeds your site capabilities. Please wait and try to insert a widget later. It’s been saying that for a couple of days now and I want to know is there anyway I can add this widget to every article I post without getting this problem.Thank you
