widget is unstable : strange stat of unique visitor

Hello,
I use the associated widget “google analytics stat” to show the number of unique visitors on the front page.
It appear that this number increase or decrease strangely !
Example on monday :
8h13 : 68 unique visitors
11h10 : 76
11h14 : 65
…Can you help ?
