    Hello,

    when my client gives permission to a FB page, it is not stored. When refreshing, he needs to give permission again. Any idea what is wrong?

    Hey Marcel,

    First of all, please check two things:

    1. The client FB account has an admin rights for the Facebook page(s);
    2. The browser supports cookie for external websites.

    If it’s ok, then let the client remove our application ‘WidgetPack’ from Facebook apps list https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and logout from Facebook, then click by ‘Connect to Facebook’ in the plugin and login via FB account which has an admin rights for the page(s). After this click by Facebook page (in the widget) and save the widget itself.

    Did same above here as well, but page still shows:
    Please check that this widget Facebook Reviews has a connected Facebook.
    Other ideas?

    Hey Jim,

    Seems you’re not selected the FB page in the widget.

    Could you click by ‘Connect to Facebook’ button, after this, under the button should appear the FB page(s), please select one of them (click by this) and save the widget.

    Ok, got it working by first deleting the plugin, then re-reinstalling while logged out of Facebook.
