Widget is missing

    It was just working, but the widget (dashboard->appearance->widget) is missing now.

    What I did:
    I had it in a sidebar earlier, I deleted the sidebar (or renamed it), and after that, returned to the widget screen, and the widget for the Horizontal scroll is missing.

    What I have done:
    Removed the plugin, reinstalled the plugin.
