# widget doesn’t update / refresh content

 * Hi
    I’m using the plugin to show a widget with the latest videos from our YouTube
   channel. Until recently everything worked fine. Now it doesn’t update the content
   and newest videos don’t appear on the widget.
 * Our website is

   4.8.3 YTC version 3.0.11.3 I don’t use any caching plugin And I don’t get any
   error message

 * What you have selected for **Cache feed** option? [http://prntscr.com/in79py](http://prntscr.com/in79py)
   
   Looks like that was set to **6 days** so no videos newer than 7 days went to 
   WordPress until I forced cache with URL parameter `?ytc_force_recache=1` (same
   effect as when you click button **Clear All YTC Cache** [http://prntscr.com/in7cfw](http://prntscr.com/in7cfw)
   on plugin Settings -> Tools tab).

 * The cache feed option was and is set to 30 minutes.
    Do you have an e-mail where
   I can send you the JSON config file?

 * I see that you have listed latest video on your website published 1 hours ago(
   ALCATEL EN MWC 2018), so I suppose refresh now works properly?
