# Widget does not update

 * Hi,
 * I have recently subscribed for the Starter plan.
 * I’ve noticed that the widget does not update to display the top rated posts. 
   It seems to be frozen and displays the same content, no matter what the true 
   ratings are. I have also disabled W3 Total Cache and this did not help.
 * Any ideas? My URL is bestdubstepsongs dot com

   and have disabled my caching. However this issue still exists.
 * I also cleared the plugins cache via accoutn settings, and this did not fix this
   issue.

 * I have the same issue. I bought a professional plan and contacted support about
   it and i’m waiting already 4 days without any answer…
