Widget destroys Sidebar text and images (1 post)

I have every thing installed and sent the test newsletter ... works fine. When I add the widget to Sidebar2, it appears at the top of the Sidebar2 but not much of my sidebar copy remains. I have some elements built as a table, and they DO show ... but a couple of PHP elements are missing (Categories and Search) ... and my Twitter script and a couple of images that used to be at the top of the column are gone!

    See my page at http://learnmmd.com

and a link to a text file of my Sidebar script: http://learnmmd.com/SideBar.txt

I am not running the widget until I can figure out how to place it at the top of the column and keep the rest of my copy intact.
