# Widget Code

 * I am using a child theme applied to a theme called Themeatic.
    I have an RSS 
   feed widget put in, thats fine.
 * But I want to change the links from “_self” to “_blank” and I can’t for the life
   of me find the code for the RSS widget.
 * Would it be in my parent theme?
    In the wordpress API?
 * can anyone point me in the right direction? This is the first time working with
   Child themes and widgets.

 * I’m pretty sure that Thematic (and it’s children) use the WordPress native RSS
   widget – in which case you can’t amend the code without hacking the WordPress
   core.
