 * Hello,
    i recently update wordpress to the latest version evrything work fine
   except that i can’t drag and drop widgets to sidebar widgets. Can anybody help
   me ?

 * make list of all activated plugins. then try deactivating all plugins. if problem
   solve activate plugin one by one and see which plugin create this problem. after
   that post plugin name so we can find a solution.
