Widget botón “agregar al carrito” no funciona

Hola comunidad y gracias de antemano por la ayuda.

Estoy teniendo un problema con mi ecommerce y es que el botón “añadir al carrito” dentro de la página de producto no funciona, al hacer click solo refresca la página.

Al entrar en la zona de gestión de woocommerce me salta este mensaje:

¿Alguna idea de por dónde puede ir la cosa?

Hi @danielbriwt!

I’m answering in English since it is the supported language of the forums.

Reading your case makes me think that it could be related to a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin; an outdated or malfunctioning code could be interfering.

To be sure of this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Unluckily, I’ve made all these steps and the problem persists, once I click on the button, with the Storefront theme activated, and all the plugins except Woocommerce, the product doesn’t add to the cart, only the page refreshes and nothing else happens…

¿Any other idea what can be happening?

Hello @danielbriwt!

From your system status report, I see you have a warning.

Remote Get: ❌ wp_remote_get() falló. Contacta con to proveedor de alojamiento.

This issue can be fixed by clearing transients from the “WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools” area. Can you please do that?

If the above doesn’t work then please share your WooCommerce error logs with us.

Error Log can be found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Thanks for your response, I’ve cleared transients and the problem persists.

Also, there is this message about a critical vulnerability https://prnt.sc/bNHtRJZyN3No but it looks like only affects websites running woocommerce 3.3 to 5.5, and I am running woocommerce 6.4.1

Hi @danielbriwt,

Here is what it gives me in the first one, for example

I’ve checked your SSL Certificate using an online tool and it’s installed correctly (https://snipboard.io/2cFy8R.jpg). So that shouldn’t be the issue.

Can you dismiss the critical vulnerability notice? That patch was for WooCommerce versions up to 5.5 and it shouldn’t affect you as you’re running version 6.4.1.

WP Cron: –

WordPress Cron is not enabled on your server. Can you check with your host if they can take a look and activate Cron?

Since there is a newer version of WooCommerce core you could also update to 6.5.0 and consequently run a database update to match the same version. It’s best to try updating on a staging environment first so it doesn’t affect your live site if you run into issues.

Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/.
