 * A posts page was created where post clicked on is displayed to be read.
 * Page builder was used to create the post page.
 * The page was set as the Posts page under READING under SETTINGS.
 * How can a widget be made to display under the page when a user visists to read
   a post?

 * Perhaps I am misunderstanding, but it should be as simple as:
    - Edit the Post
    - Add the widget block under the post content
    - Save and check how it displays
 * This could vary depending on the page builder you are using and the widget you
   want to add
