Widget (and page) stops loading after header

After creating a twitter application following the instructions in the widget and setting up the widget as directed my page stops loading completely after displaying the header for this widget. I’ve tried using this plugin on two different wordpress sites both using 3.5.2 and both have the same results. The issue can currently be seen at http://dev.legendsofhorror.org/index.php
