Please help me with some questions:
1. Are you using the standard WooCommerce Free Shipping method?
If you’re not, have you already tried to use our “Manual min amount” options?
2. The problem is only with the widget or the amount is not getting displayed anywhere at all?
3. Your “Free Shipping” is configured by zone?
If that’s the case, probably the customer has to set the address before the amount info can be displayed
Yes we are using standard free shipping. See image link.
The amount does not show using the short code either.
ree shipping is configured for Canada only, but with the address in place, (and Canada is defaulted for me), there is no amount showing on any tests.

It seems that when I’m at the cart page with no products in the cart I can see the right message:
– $99.00 left for free shipping
But when I add a product, the message disappears. Is that what’s happening?
Do you know if there is some error message on debug.log or on WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

I’ll close the ticket as the issue has been solved.
The answer was enabling the Manual min amount.
If you notice something else let me know 😉
