 * After installing and activating heatmap adaptive theme I didn’t find the widget
   for invite anyone. How to put this widget.

 * I think you posted this question in the wrong section. You should try contacting
   the developers of HeatMap Adaptive theme.
 * Still, I’m trying to guess, maybe the widget was defined in the earlier theme
   you had on your site/blog, and once you changed the theme its gone, as its not
   there in the new theme.
