    Hi,

    If you are using WordPress 3.8 then the option for the number of columns option has gone, and this is now determined by your browser window size. We don’t have any control over the width of the panel.

    It sounds to me though like you are not using 3.8, so maybe look in the options tab on the dashboard, and double check the number of columns.
