    The question is self explanatory.

But is very curious that when Litespeed Plugin are updated with many core changes, all CCSS engine are messed up (making us regenerate all cache and redone all optimizations) and the new UCSS are a hit or miss. Sometimes work, other times is gone from site headers, like magic!

Then Quic.Cloud free tiers credits for CCSS, UCSS, LQIP are almost instantly depleted! They’re suddenly shortened in the same time that 4.1/4.2/4.3 updates messed with all sites.

Ow, almosto forgot: Enterprise plans credits are reduced too!

Now many rejected requests (new bug released! in 4.2, yay!) are counted like they’re processed… and the requests received in Quic.Cloud are much bigger than the ones sent from the server!

Is this a test for our intelligence or just greed on your part, guys?

  • The free quota is the same on all tiers as it was before 4.x update.

They only added a daily limit to requests from free quota: https://quic.cloud/docs/billing/all-about-quota-and-credits/#daily-limits-on-free-quota-usage

`Thank you for deliberately only partially answering my answer.

The recent changes are very unethical in my opinion and make me question the entire Litespeed platform as viable and administratively secure for all my partners, clients and agencies.

My Enterprise plans were also reduced without notice.

The contracts will expire in a few months and I will start looking at other solutions that really care about their customers.

first of all , we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced

the reject process does not count toward the quota , if you experience the rejected requests being counted into your quota , then this surely to be a bug , if you can provide us the domain about this issue , we will check.

the free quota for Enterprise is same as before , just the term has been changed from “GB” into “Credit” , what you have now is 100 credits which is equal to 10GB traffic as before , for EU/NA region

the rest services like LQIP , IMG OPTM and CSS are also same as before.

    It’s not appear to.

Daily quota is exausted in minutes ocurring a pletora of 404 and 403 errors in JS, images and CSS.

This update only breaks sites. Support thread are increasing topics with this problems.

I suggest to your team rethink this lasts decisions…

I tested many times yesterday and today about the daily quota , when it is reached , it won’t send any further request to the server which means it won’t generate any CCSS/UCSS , and if CCSS/UCSS is not generated, it won’t purge cache or update the link

we received some 404 reports , but we are still working on dig what is the root cause of it , but at this moment , I see no connection between 404 error and CCSS/UCSS

403 error is most likely from the site’s server itself , like mod_security or some kind of security measure that blocks requests.

    We have two options here:

    First) The recent updates of Litespeed plugin (4.x.x) causes problems;

Second) You’re right, it’s something in my mind or my end that affect more than 20 different types of server, themes, plugins, configs.

In any case, when I revert to 3.6.4, all my problems are gone, except depletion on daily quotas on free Quic.cloud accounts and increased comsuption on Enterprise plans.

I can guess, calculate and argue about many things that could be the root cause of this, but I’ll stick with the facts for now.

Even because not only me but a lot o people are pointing the same: something are not right in lasts updates.

The sooner you decide to stop arguing and really start looking for the solution to these problems, the better for all of us.
