Why you dont reply on any email message ?

    I was bought PREMIUM PLUGIN and some calculation(value) in invoice row doesnt work. I wrote few emails to support and no one reply me in 14 days.

    I ask them for refund and again no one reply to my email.

    Are they a fraud ?
